| <p>The CDL Training: Class A Tractor Trailer training curriculum provides students with training to inspect and operate tractor-trailers, and to assume driver responsibilities on the road and at pickup/delivery points. Emphasis is placed on vehicle inspections, defensive driving, range maneuvers, motor carrier safety regulations (DOT 380 -397 and a certificate for entry-level drivers), trip planning, cargo handling, size/weight laws, general maintenance procedures, hours of service, and accident prevention. | The program is an innovative, multi-discipline approach designed to prepare the student for an entry level position in the medical marketplace as a Pharmacy Technician. These positions may be in retail pharmacies, medical offices, hospitals, clinics, labor, or companies providing services to medical establishments. Primary program subjects include pharmacy practice, pharmacology, prescription, the use of the computer and medical software, human anatomy and physiology, and pharmacy law and ethics. The program includes a certification review class to prepare the student for the Pharmacy Certification Exam (PTCB or ExCPT).
